OSVALDO IMPERIALE
Was born in Buenos Aires on June 1, 1913.

Self taught, he traveled to Italy, France, England, the United States of America, Colombia and Brazil.
He has participated in the National Art Show since 1933 and has had numerous individual shows since 1934. He has also exhibited his paintings in Montevideo, Uruguay and in 1936 in Chicago and in 1940 in Los Angeles.
His work reflects the typical scences of the Buenos Aires neighborhood of La Boca. His work has a resemblance to with the work of Benito Quinquela Martín, although his paintings are less populated with people.


He died in 1977.
